Last updated: March 30, 2026
By accessing qube.bot, joining the waitlist, purchasing a Qube device, or using any Qube software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, waitlist subscribers, and customers ("you" or "user").
Qube provides a local AI hardware ecosystem consisting of an edge-compute hub (the "Qube device"), a companion wearable (the "Pin"), and associated software. The system is designed to run AI workloads entirely on your local network, with no mandatory cloud dependency.
We also operate a waitlist and informational website at qube.bot.
Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of product availability. We will use your email address to send updates about Qube, including early access invitations and launch announcements.
You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@qube.bot.
All content on qube.bot — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Qube and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Qube content without our explicit written permission.
Your personal AI model adaptations (LoRA weights) generated by the Qube device using your data are yours. Qube claims no ownership over model outputs or fine-tuned weights produced locally on your device.
You agree not to use Qube products or services to:
Your use of Qube is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Specific warranty terms and return policies will be provided at the time of purchase. General principles:
For warranty inquiries, contact support@qube.bot.
The Qube website and waitlist service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI-generated outputs from the Qube device are provided for informational and personal productivity purposes only. They should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Qube in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Portions of the Qube software stack are built on or incorporate open-source software. Applicable open-source licenses are documented in the device software and on our GitHub repository. Your rights under those licenses are not affected by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and then through binding arbitration if necessary.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for waitlist members) and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
